Placing An Order

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Check or Money Order upon written request and approval. Please note that orders paid for with checks will not be shipped until the check has successfully gone through.

• Order online with our secure shopping cart system by clicking on the buttons on each corset page.
• You can email us with questions at Julia@CorsetAlcove.com, but we do not recommend ordering via email unless you can call us with your credit card number. Emailing credit card information is not secure and we will not be responsible for any misuse of your information that is outside of our control.
• All prices listed on this site are in US funds.
• California residents must add 8.25% tax on the order total before shipping.
• When purchasing a custom corset please allow 3-4 weeks for your corset to be created and 2-3 days for orders to be shipped once payment in full is received.

Returns

• We will not accept returns on USED items.
• Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection and IT IS ALSO THE LAW!
• We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
• Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at purchaser's expense.
• If your order has not been shipped it may be canceled within the first 24 hours. A $5 cancelation fee will be charged to your account.
• You MUST contact Julia@CorsetAlcove to receive RMA # to return items.
• All Corsets may be returned within 30 days of purchase, even our custom ordered corsets. However, please do not simply send the corset back, please contact Julia@CorsetAlcove.com prior to shipping your corset.
• Repairs will be made if the corset is returned (with authorization) within 21 days of receipt, or a replacement corset will be made if there are any problems due to defective material or workmanship.
• All deliveries are made using UPS unless requested otherwise.

• Within the US - $9.95 for UPS Priority Mail Service
• Rest of the world - $25 USPS Express Mail Service, Please contact Julia@CorsetAlcove.com if you are outside of Canada or the United States and we will gladly place the order for you.
